LisaGail Schwartz, MA, RDT, LCAT, FPCC

Lisagail Schwartz is the Associate Director of Care Experience, Employee Engagement, and Person-Centered Care at NYC Health + Hospitals. With a clinical background as a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT) and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), Lisagail has extensive experience in providing mental health services across inpatient, outpatient, trauma centers, and community organizations. In her current role, she leads the implementation of the system-wide Employee Feedback Survey (EFS), using the data to guide performance improvement and staff engagement initiatives. Lisagail is committed to fostering a compassionate and inclusive culture, helping to create a psychologically safe environment where all voices are heard.

Her work focuses on shared decision-making, empowering employees, and ensuring that patient and employee safety are at the core of all initiatives. Through her efforts, Lisagail strives to sustain a person-centered care culture and drive continuous improvement, enhancing both workforce well-being and patient care.
