His career spans over 35 years of executive leadership, including C-suite roles at Fortune 500 companies such as CNA Insurance, where he served as EVP, CIO, and Head of Worldwide Operations. After overcoming more than 30 knee surgeries, John made a remarkable pivot—climbing 14 mountains in two years and ultimately summiting Mount Everest, a journey documented by the Discovery Channel. He later joined EXOS, a global leader in human performance, where he served as Chief Product Officer and helped scale enterprise performance solutions. Today, John leads Vital Neuro with a mission to unlock human potential by bringing clinically grounded brain performance tools into everyday life.
