James Nolley

Senior PX/CX Consultant

CXSA Institute

With over three decades of experience spanning Fortune 100 financial institutions, global consulting, and career education, James Nolley specialises in human capital transformation at the intersection of people strategy, customer experience, and organisational culture. His work connects workforce design, employee engagement, and leadership development to the experience outcomes that customer-centric organisations depend on to grow.

His career includes senior HR leadership at Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, and five years as SVP Human Resources at Riyad Bank in Riyadh — where he built the people infrastructure behind one of the GCC’s most ambitious customer experience transformations. That inside-out perspective, developing the organisational capability that makes CX culture sustainable, is the lens he brings to every engagement.

His current work in career and technical education reveals what large health systems and complex organisations often overlook: that the most powerful experience environments sit at the intersection of three simultaneous relationships — the learner or staff member, the end consumer or patient, and the industry employer or institutional partner. Designing for all three at once, rather than optimising for one, is where sustainable human experience transformation actually happens. It is the same multi-stakeholder complexity that defines high-performing patient and staff experience ecosystems — and the focus of his facilitation and advisory work.

As Founder of QadironPath, LLC., James advises executives on talent strategy, culture transformation, and workforce modernisation, with a particular focus on DEIA integration and scalable leadership systems. A globally mobile practitioner with deep GCC roots and an active New York presence, he combines analytical rigour, cultural fluency, and a practitioner’s understanding of how great employee and patient experiences are built from the inside out.
