Ebony Langston is founder of The Patient Experience Strategist, where she helps health systems transform contact centers into trust-building infrastructure. She spent 20+ years in healthcare CX sales & operations leadership, managing multi-million dollar P&Ls, driving client growth, and building methodologies still used industry-wide.

But Ebony’s mission is personal. She has navigated the healthcare system as a patient and watched family members delay care for years because they didn’t trust the system, a delay that cost a dear aunt her life. That experience fuels Ebony’s commitment to closing the trust gap, particularly for communities that have been historically dismissed. A Duke University graduate with an MBA, Ebony is a Certified AI Officer and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Florida for 2025.
