Alisha Bronne, MBA, CPXP

Alisha Bronne currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at NYC Health + Hospitals, North Central Bronx. In this leadership role, she is responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to drive and foster a hospital-wide culture of person-centered care practices at every touchpoint to improve the patient, family, and employee experience. Alisha has over ten years of experience within healthcare administration, with expertise in hospitality in healthcare, patient and employee experience, executive and international health. Alisha received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Monroe College. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Healthcare Services Administration from Monroe College – King Graduate

School. In October 2022, Alisha earned and maintained her designation as a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP). With a commitment to Essential Hospitals, Alisha has completed the America’s Essential Hospital Executive Leadership Fellowship in February 2024. Alisha serves as a mentor for fellow colleagues through the LEAD Mentorship Program. Alisha is committed to improving healthcare for the communities she serves.
