Farida Abdali

Farida Abdali is a Clinical Nursing Director at King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with extensive experience in emergency, surgical, FMD, Radiolgy, HHC and field medicine hospital. She is a PhD candidate in Medical-Surgical Nursing and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from King Abdul-Aziz University, along with a Clinical Leadership Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Nursing leadership from SCFHS and PMP. Farida has led multiple quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, operational efficiency, and nursing empowerment. She serves as a Board Member of the Saudi Nurses Association and has represented Saudi Arabia at the International Council of Nurses meeting. An active researcher and peer reviewer. Farida is passionate about advancing clinical leadership, fostering innovation, and improving patient care outcomes, patient safety culture, and workforce development and shaping the future of nursing practice through evidence-based practice.
