Dr. Adel Taash

Dr. Adel Abdulkader Tash is a senior consultant in adult cardiac surgery and a healthcare strategist, with over 25 years of experience in advancing cardiac care services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes adult cardiac surgery, heart transplantation, and heart failure programs, in addition to leading national health initiatives and developing innovative digital health solutions such as Tele-Heart services.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tash has held several leadership positions within the Ministry of Health, the Saudi Health Council, and Prince Sultan Military Medical City. He has led multiple national programs, including the STEMI Program and the New Model of Care. He also served as Director General of the National Heart Center, a board member of the Saudi Cardiac Society, and Vice President of TCT Middle East.

Currently, Dr. Tash serves as the Chief Executive Officer of King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah.
Dr. Tash has contributed as an author to several national guidelines related to cardiovascular diseases, and his research has been published in reputable peer-reviewed journals. He is also a key contributor to the development of digital education and training programs for physicians, particularly in the field of cardiovascular disease prevention and management.
