Dr. Nada Yasin Fida is a patient experience consultant with extensive expertise in optimizing healthcare quality, communication, and patient satisfaction. A former Head of Patient Experience at IMC, she has successfully led initiatives that enhanced patient satisfaction and reduced complaints.
With a PhD in Health Administration and multiple coaching and leadership certifications, Dr. Nada specializes in emotional intelligence, team building, and transformative patient care. She is also a trainer, consultant, and social responsibility advocate, delivering impactful programs in leadership, communication, and patient-centered care to improve healthcare experiences.
