Qadar Zada

Qadar Zada is an accomplished executive with extensive experience as a Chief Operating Officer across acute, tertiary, and community care settings. Alongside this, Qadar served as an Honorary University Lecturer, sharing his knowledge and expertise in healthcare management and public administration. Qadar has also had a notable career as a very senior politician in local government shaping policy, governance, and strategic planning.

As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Qadar is also a recognised Human Resources professional, bringing a wealth of knowledge in workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change. Holding both a BSc and a Master’s degree, combining strong academic credentials with practical experience, ensuring a holistic approach to leadership, governance, and service delivery in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
