Eng. Mona AlSubaie

Mona Alsubaie is the Founder & CEO of SEHA Virtual Hospital, the world’s largest virtual hospital, and serves as Advisor to the Assistant Minister for Health Services at the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. With over two decades of experience in digital transformation and healthcare innovation, she is currently contributing to the development of national virtual healthcare strategies. She also played a key role in establishing the Regulatory Sandbox, enabling the safe testing and validation of digital health solutions, and in launching the Digital Health Clinical Trial Center. Under her leadership, AI and telehealth have been expanded across more than 220 hospitals. She has been recognized with prestigious awards, including a Guinness World Record, the Digital Government Authority Award, and the Zimam CEO Excellence Award. Mona is also a Distinguished Member of the Health Promotion Society, an Individual Member of ISfTeH, and a Member – Representative of the Ministry of Health (Saudi Arabia) of the GCC Health Innovation & Digital Transformation Committee, committed to advancing patient experience and shaping the future of digital healthcare globally.
