Dr. Samia Musaad Almutairi, PhD, CPHQ, PMP, LSSBB

Dr. Samia Musaad Almutairi is a healthcare quality and nursing leadership expert with extensive experience in healthcare performance improvement, quality management, and strategic leadership within the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. She currently serves as a Health Performance Ambassador and Chair of the Organizing Committee for the 3rd Saudi International Conference on Excellence in Nursing Care 2026.

Her distinguished leadership includes serving as Project Leader of the award-winning Blood Banks Initiative, which received the ADA’A Health Award (6th Edition) from the Health Performance Center, Ministry of Health. She is also a graduate of the Abaad Leadership Development Program for Future Leadership Roles, one of the Ministry of Health’s flagship executive leadership development programs.

Dr. Almutairi is a Lecturer in Leadership Programs at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), delivering leadership education for healthcare professionals. She also serves as a Board Member of the Saudi Nurses Association and Chair of the Social Participation and Public Relations Committee.

Recognized for her academic excellence, she was honored by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Cairo for her outstanding academic achievement. She is an international speaker, published researcher, and holds internationally recognized professional credentials, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
