The PX Congress series is delighted to invite healthcare professionals to participate in the prestigious Poster Competition for the Riyadh edition. This is your opportunity to present your work “On Stage” before a global audience of healthcare leaders.

Our Mission

The mission of the Poster Presentation is to distinguish, celebrate, and support the impressive work done by caregivers to enhance quality care, patient experience, and safety. We invite you to showcase your organization’s initiatives, illustrating remarkable improvements with measurable outcomes.

2026 Core Themes

We are seeking abstracts that address one or more of the following pillars:

  • Patient Experience (PX): Innovations in engagement, empathy, and caregiving.
  • Staff Experience (SX): Empowering the workforce and improving caregiver well-being.
  • Quality & Safety: Data-driven protocols and “Zero-Harm” initiatives.
  • AI in Healthcare: Practical applications of technology to augment clinical care.

 

Submission Requirements

What to Submit: An Abstract, Research Paper, or Poster document. Submissions should be graphic-rich, visually highlighting proven practices, successful ideas, or innovative programs with a small amount of text.

 

Abstract Format & Structure:
  • Title: Precise and engaging.
  • Body: 250 – 300 words maximum.
  • Required Sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, and Conclusion.
  • Supporting Data: Keywords, Bibliography, Surveys, or Analytics.
  • Final Format: 1 Page Digital PDF or PPT (Strictly no more than 3 slides).
Submission Categories:
  • General: Proven practices in PX or clinical services.
  • Patient Partnerships: Joint projects between healthcare professionals and patients/families.
  • Innovation Incubator: New ideas/services with specific implementation parameters.
  • Video Summarization: A video summary of the abstract presented by one author (Arabic/English).

Planning Your Impact

To ensure your submission stands out to the Scientific Committee, consider the following:

  • Learning Objectives: What specific takeaways will the audience gain?
  • Target Audience: Is your content for beginners or advanced practitioners? (e.g., Acute care, Pediatrics, Physician practice).
  • The Practical Story: Use the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) framework to show how you identified a problem and achieved measurable impact.

Awards & Recognition

  • Onsite Display: All confirmed posters will be displayed in the high-traffic Congress area.
  • “On Stage” Presentation: The Scientific Committee will select 6 Finalists to present live on stage.
  • The Podium: The committee will award the TOP 3 Posters during the official ceremony.

Important Logistics

  • Equipment: Event organizers provide the Easel Stand.
  • Responsibility: Presenters are responsible for all printing, material collection, and handouts.
  • Digital: No online/digital assistance or power outlets are provided in the display area.
  • Fees: All presenters must be registered for the Congress to display their work.
