IPXC Riyadh is a two-day, multi-stage healthcare leadership congress focused on patient experience, staff engagement, quality governance, and AI in healthcare. It brings together ministries, hospital executives, quality leaders, and innovation partners to share strategies and drive measurable healthcare transformation.
2. When and where will IPXC Riyadh 2026 take place?
The congress will be held on 14–15 September 2026 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Who organizes IPXC Riyadh?
IPXC Riyadh is organized by BII Health, a platform dedicated to advancing patient experience and healthcare transformation through global congresses, leadership forums, and recognition initiatives.
REGISTRATION & PASSES
4. What types of passes are available?
There are three primary access categories:
- Full Access Pass (FAP) – Complete access to congress sessions and exhibitions.
- Exhibition & Networking Pass (ENP) – Access to exhibition and networking zones only.
- Workshop Pass (WPWorkshopCode) – Certified workshop participation with congress access.

5. Are workshops included in all passes?
No. Workshops are limited-capacity sessions and require dedicated registration through the Workshop Pass or as an approved add-on, subject to availability.
6. Can I upgrade my pass after registering?
Subject to availability, pass upgrades may be accommodated. Delegates are advised to contact the organizing team as early as possible for upgrade requests.
7. Is group registration available?
Yes. Institutional or group registrations are available for hospitals, ministries, and organizations sending multiple delegates. Please submit a Group Registration Enquiry through the Contact section.
8. Will I receive confirmation after registration?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and payment. This will include your digital confirmation and further event details.
WORKSHOPS & CERTIFICATION
9. Are the workshops certified?
Yes. Certified workshops include structured learning modules and a certificate of completion issued upon attendance.
10. Are workshop seats limited?
Yes. Workshops are designed for interactive participation and therefore have limited seating capacity. Early registration is recommended.

11. What are the Global PX Initiative Awards?
The Global PX Initiative Awards are a recognition platform honoring excellence in patient experience, workforce engagement, quality governance, and digital healthcare innovation. The Awards Ceremony & Gala Evening is integrated within IPXC Riyadh.

14. Can I attend the Awards Gala without attending the congress?

Prospective speakers may submit their proposal through the unified enquiry form under the “Become a Speaker” category. The Scientific Committee reviews submissions for alignment and relevance.
16. When will the speaker lineup be announced?

18. Are media partnerships available?
Yes. Media organizations may submit an enquiry under the “Media / General Enquiry” category for collaboration details.
LOGISTICS
19. Will certificates of attendance be issued?
Certificates of attendance may be provided upon request or as part of specific participation categories. Details will be communicated closer to the event.
20. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund policies will be outlined during the registration process. Delegates are encouraged to review terms and conditions prior to payment.
