Ms. Roserna Taulan Abu is a distinguished healthcare leader, nursing quality expert, and patient safety advocate with over 23 years of clinical, operational, and leadership experience across major healthcare institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She currently serves as a Nursing Quality Manager and Patient Safety Leader at Al Sobh Hospital by Saudi German Health, Jeddah, where she leads Quality Improvement Initiatives, accreditation of readiness programs, patient safety strategies, and nursing excellence projects aligned with international standards.

Ms. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Nursing, Major in Leadership and Governance. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) Certified, and a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) Certified Professional. Her expertise spans healthcare quality management, patient safety, risk management, accreditation (JCIA and CBAHI), infection prevention, critical care, leadership development, and workforce education. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and Quality transformation initiatives that improved patient outcomes, strengthened safety culture, and enhanced organizational performance.
