We are seeking abstracts that address one or more of the following pillars:<\/p>\n
\n- Patient Experience (PX):<\/strong> Innovations in engagement, empathy, and caregiving.<\/li>\n
- Staff Experience (SX):<\/strong> Empowering the workforce and improving caregiver well-being.<\/li>\n
- Quality & Safety:<\/strong> Data-driven protocols and “Zero-Harm” initiatives.<\/li>\n
- AI in Healthcare:<\/strong> Practical applications of technology to augment clinical care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Submission Requirements<\/h2>\n
What to Submit:<\/b> An Abstract, Research Paper, or Poster document. Submissions should be graphic-rich, visually highlighting proven practices, successful ideas, or innovative programs with a small amount of text.<\/p>\n

\n\n\n\nAbstract Format & Structure:<\/b><\/h5>\n\n- Title:<\/b> Precise and engaging.<\/li>\n
- Body:<\/b> 250 \u2013 300 words maximum.<\/li>\n
- Required Sections:<\/b> Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, and Conclusion.<\/li>\n
- Supporting Data:<\/b> Keywords, Bibliography, Surveys, or Analytics.<\/li>\n
- Final Format:<\/b> 1 Page Digital PDF or PPT (Strictly no more than 3 slides).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
\nSubmission Categories:<\/b><\/h5>\n\n- General:<\/b> Proven practices in PX or clinical services.<\/li>\n
- Patient Partnerships:<\/b> Joint projects between healthcare professionals and patients\/families.<\/li>\n
- Innovation Incubator:<\/b> New ideas\/services with specific implementation parameters.<\/li>\n
- Video Summarization:<\/b> A video summary of the abstract presented by one author (Arabic\/English).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
\nPlanning Your Impact<\/h3>\n
To ensure your submission stands out to the Scientific Committee, consider the following:<\/p>\n
\n- Learning Objectives:<\/b> What specific takeaways will the audience gain?<\/li>\n
- Target Audience:<\/b> Is your content for beginners or advanced practitioners? (e.g., Acute care, Pediatrics, Physician practice).<\/li>\n
- The Practical Story:<\/b> Use the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act)<\/b> framework to show how you identified a problem and achieved measurable impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
\nAwards & Recognition<\/h3>\n\n- Onsite Display:<\/b> All confirmed posters will be displayed in the high-traffic Congress area.<\/li>\n
- “On Stage” Presentation:<\/b> The Scientific Committee will select 6 Finalists<\/b> to present live on stage.<\/li>\n
- The Podium:<\/b> The committee will award the TOP 3 Posters<\/b> during the official ceremony.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
