With extensive experience working across hospitals, health clusters, and regulatory environments, he specializes in translating complex accreditation standards into scalable, technology-enabled operating models.

Pradeep has led the design of AI-driven solutions covering accreditation mapping, continuous compliance monitoring, incident-to-standard linkage, and AI-assisted survey readiness, supporting frameworks such as CBAHI, JCI, and international best practices. His work is closely aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, enabling healthcare organizations to move from episodic compliance to continuous quality assurance.
