Dr. Razan Al-Hussain

Dr. Razan AlHussain is the Healthcare Digital Transformation Lead and Director of Virtual Care at the Ministry of Defense Health Services (MODHS). A Family Medicine Consultant, Healthcare Quality Management Consultant, and Executive MBA graduate, she leads the implementation and scaling of virtual diagnostic and therapeutic services and healthcare Command & Control center.

Her work focuses on transforming care delivery through connected digital services, real-time operational visibility, and data-driven decision-making, bridging clinical care, technology, and healthcare operations to improve access, efficiency, and patient experience.
