Nada Hassan is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 19 years of experience across commercial strategy, revenue growth, marketing, operations, digital health, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services. She brings extensive expertise in healthcare commercialization, venture building, and digital health growth across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, with a strong track record of building and scaling healthcare businesses in complex and regulated markets across the MENA region.

Nada holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, has completed executive education in AI in Healthcare at Harvard Medical School, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Strategic Planning.

Throughout her career, Nada has built scalable business models, developed national go-to-market strategies, launched innovative healthcare platforms, and led high-performing teams to deliver sustainable growth. She co-founded Estshara, scaling the venture from inception to a successful exit, and later contributed to the growth and operational transformation of Vara AI. As Co-Founder of Nuxera AI, she has also led multimillion-dollar healthcare portfolios and developed commercial strategies across Saudi Arabia.

Currently, as Co-Founder and Chief Business and Operations Officer at Nuxera AI, Nada leads healthcare business and operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Her work focuses on developing tailored solutions for healthcare providers, optimizing client portfolios, building strategic partnerships, and shaping long-term commercial strategies aligned with Saudi Arabia’s evolving healthcare landscape and national transformation goals.

Her areas of expertise include strategic revenue growth, B2B and B2C sales, go-to-market strategy, regulatory alignment, digital health, business development, venture building, and cross-functional leadership.
